We needed an extra handset added to our main reception door entry system the people we had previously used had let us down so we deceided to look for someone local and more reliable.

I had been having problems with three rather large doors on my conservatory for some time and it seemed to be getting worse, in fact it had got to the stage where we could just about open one of these doors. I found Local Lock on the internet and gave them a call.
They came to assess the problem and arranged at my convenience to come back a few days later.

I’m the manager and involved in day to day running of the centre, part of the centre includes an arcade that houses 12 shop units all with roller shutters.
We get problems sometimes where tenants disappear owing rent or have lost keys so we need to gain access to these units.
I had one of Local Locks business cards that had been passed to me some time ago and deceided to give them a call, they were very prompt and arrived in about 30mins. They opened the shutter and replaced the lock in good time and was carried out in a very professional manner we will definately use them again.

I recently arrived home to find I couldn’t unlock my front door neither the cylinder or mortice lock so had to pop next door to a neighbours and borrow the yellow pages.
There I found Local Lock, they arrived within 20mins and promptly opened the door and fixed the poblem which had been with the nightlatch, I was very happy to see the door to my home open again.
Very pleased with this fast friendly service would use them again but hope the occasion doesn’t arise.

With the recent weather conditions I found myself on a Sunday afternoon in the situation where the front door had blown shut with the keys on the inside, fortunately a copy of yellow pages happened to be portch as it had just been delivered that day.
